On June 25, 2025, a long-awaited project will become a reality - Play BNR Burgas - an interactive urban quest game organized jointly by BNR Burgas and Inner Voice. The start of the game is in front of the main building of BNR Burgas at Filip Kutev Street, and the start is at 6:00 p.m.
This initiative is part of the celebration of 90 years of Bulgarian National Radio (BNR) and 13 years of BNR Burgas and aims to combine entertainment, urban exploration, and learning.
What to Expect
Play BNR Burgas will include 10 riddles scattered across 10 significant locations in the city. Participants will follow a route chosen by BNR Burgas and Inner Voice, search for clues, solve riddles, and uncover interesting facts related to the history of radio in Burgas and the country.
The riddles are designed so that they can only be solved when the player is in the right location - using architectural details, signs, symbols, and other elements of the urban environment.
The expected length of the route is about 3 km, passing through the iconic clock in front of the Municipality, the Church of St. St. Cyril and Methodius, the Sea Garden, and other key locations.
How to Participate
- Assemble a team of up to 5 people - invite friends, family, colleagues, or play alone.
- Registration is active on the Inner Voice website, where you will receive a unique code to start your game.
- Participants only need charged phones, comfortable shoes, and a positive attitude.
- The game includes a competitive element: the result is based on time, but also on how you solve the riddles - using clues, wrong answers, and careful reading.
- Anyone who cannot participate on opening day can play throughout the summer - the game remains active until the end of August but is available only in Bulgarian.

Play BNR Burgas is part of a national series of urban quest games created by Inner Voice in collaboration with Bulgarian National Radio in Burgas, Varna, Plovdiv, and Sofia.
The game will give you the opportunity to see Burgas from a new angle, discover secrets in places you haven’t noticed before, compete with other teams, and even win great prizes.
